project
65 Lemon Street was a first of many for us, with extensive fire protection between the floors, a full sprinkler system install as well as a full MVHR system – all crammed into a listed property with beautiful coving and woodwork on every floor.
The challenge for us to overcome was to find routes for drainage and the above services without compromising the heritage fabrics of the building. We are glad to say we overcame every obstacle and the property now stands as a beautiful 6 bedroom, 4 bathroom property providing much-needed rental accommodation for working professionals.
