‘GK’s first’. 33-34 Lemon Street will always have a place in our hearts as GK’s first project. This job alone saw us grow from 3 men to a team of 15.
We carried out extensive renovations to these beautiful listed properties in Truro. Being mindful of existing characteristics such as covings and woodwork, we carried out the renovations to create 2 5-bedroom properties and renovated the extension on the back into a 2 bedroom property of its own.
The property now exists providing much needed rental accommodation for working professionals.
