Chy an Dour was a relatively ‘quick flip’ for us, hammering the contract works out in only 12 weeks. Works included the addition of 2 shower rooms, extensive renovation throughout with full decoration and flooring. As well as new woodwork, kitchen and some exterior works to prevent moisture ingress by extending the roof and providing a new gable end to the property. The property now exists as a 6 bedroom, 3 bathroom property providing much needed rental accommodation for working professionals.
