project
When our clients purchased the property, it was a tired old shop and a large building to the rear comprising of mainly storage space. We carried our relatively extensive works to the property including structural alterations, removal of a large garage to form a parking area, a new flat roof, as well as the ‘usual’ renovation works. The property now exists as a 6 bedroom, 3 bathroom property providing much needed rental accommodation for working professionals.
