project
‘The Big Barn’ as its fondly known within GK, a property that once held permission to be converted into 4no dwellings. We converted this large barn into a beautiful 5-bedroom family home, equipped with huge kitchen/diner, living area, playroom and a gym to the rear of the property. We carried out major structural work within "THE BARN", replacing the entire substructure and first floor structure, as well as providing thermal upgrades throughout.
The specification for "THE BARN" was personally selected by our client, with beautiful stone slip tiles to the stairwell and first floor, a full oak and glass staircase, and beautiful brass fixtures and fittings throughout. We loved every minute of working on this fantastic project set in a dreamy location.
